This will enable him to view the content, and if suitable, prepare it for submission to both myself and the pet portrait gallery. If you write to me, having first completed our submission form, enclosing a photograph(s) or CD, please ensure that you use a stiffened envelope (or slide some cardboard sleeve, into the envelope, to protect the contents. Also remember to enclose your name and address, telephone number, your pet´s name, and your pet portrait deposit
If you have access to the Internet and are familiar with email attachments, you can simply attach your photograph(s) to an email and send them to portraits@pet-portrait.co.uk If you chose this method of communication please ensure that you first complete our submission form and then finally send me a cheque for the deposit to the above address.
Cheques - both your deposit (due upon ordering) and your final payment (due upon acceptance) should be made

Notes for the submission of your photograph(s)
Conventional film
Your photograph(s) should ideally be well focused, a minimum of 6" x 4" in size, provided in either colour or black and white, and should have your name and address clearly printed upon the back of it (including a contact telephone number and most importantly your pet´s name)
If you have a larger photograph, up to A4 size, then so much the better as it will contain more visible detail)
Digital images
These can either be sent as an attachment to an email or posted to me on a CD. If on a CD the images can be as large as your digital camera will permit. The same rules re focus and on an uncluttered background.
