By submitting our online submission form, or by making a booking by any other means, for pet portrait from me you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions :-
- A deposit of 50%, of the pet portrait fee(s), is to be made upon your ordering a pet portrait from me.
- The remaining 50% of the pet portrait fee(s) to be paid upon your acceptance of the pet portrait.
- All deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancelled order.
- All postal, or courier, charges are to be included with your final payment.
- If you have requested a frame the total cost of this must be included in your final payment.
- The pet portrait(s) will remain my property until all the fee(s) due have been paid in full.
- You agree to my displaying your photograph and your pet portrait(s) on my web site - should I so choose.
- In the event of my not being able to undertake a pet portrait, for whatever reason, I shall return your deposit.
Whilst not a condition, I would really appreciate your taking the time and trouble, once your pet portrait is to hand, to send me, by post or as an attachment to an email, a testimonial commenting upon the work I undertook for you.
